Privacy Policy

SkoolTrafficTracker ("we", "the service") helps creators track which of their videos and platforms drive clicks to their links. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

Account details. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We use these to create and identify your account.
Link activity. When someone clicks one of your short links, we record the time, a coarse location (country), the referring website, and general browser type. To count unique visitors without storing personal data, we keep only a salted, one-way hash of the visitor's IP address, not the IP itself.
YouTube data. If you choose to connect your YouTube channel, we access your channel's video statistics and analytics (such as views and subscribers gained) on a read-only basis through Google's APIs, to build your dashboards.

How we use it

We use this information only to operate the service: to show you your dashboards, analytics, and link statistics, and to keep your account secure. We do not sell your data or the data of people who click your links, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

SkoolTrafficTracker's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the access needed to provide the features you use, and you can disconnect Google access at any time from your account settings or from your Google account.

Service providers

We rely on Cloudflare to host the service and store data, and on Google for sign-in and YouTube analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Data retention and your choices

We keep your account and link data for as long as your account is active. You can delete links, disconnect your Google account, or request deletion of your account and its data by contacting us.
