Privacy Policy

Who we are

SkoolTrafficTracker ("we", "us") is a link-tracking service for creators, operated by Nicolas Gorrono. It runs at skooltraffictracker.com. Questions about this policy or your data: nico@airankingskool.com.

Two kinds of people interact with our service, and we treat their data differently: account holders (creators who sign up and create tracked links) and visitors (people who click a tracked link on their way to a creator's destination page).

What we collect from account holders

• Sign-in details. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name, profile picture, and Google account ID. If you use a password account instead, we store your email and a salted hash of your password, never the password itself.
• Your workspace data. The links you create, their destinations, and the tags, video associations, and settings you add to them.
• A session cookie. One signed cookie (ct_session) keeps you logged in. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

What we collect when someone clicks a tracked link

When a visitor clicks a tracked short link, we record the moment of the click and immediately redirect them. Each click record contains: the time, the country (derived by our hosting provider from the connection), the referring URL if the browser sent one, the browser family (for example "Chrome"), a bot flag, and an anonymized visitor token.

• We do not store visitors' IP addresses. The anonymized token is a one-way hash of connection details combined with a secret and the current date. It lets us count unique visitors within a day, cannot be reversed into an IP address, and changes every day, so it cannot follow anyone over time.
• We do not store raw browser user-agent strings, only the derived browser family and bot classification.
• We do not use cookies, fingerprinting, or any identifier on visitors. A click is a single anonymous event.

The YouTube integration

Account holders can optionally connect their YouTube channel. This uses Google's official API with read-only permissions: we can view your video statistics and analytics, and we can never post, edit, or delete anything on your channel.

• We store the authorization token Google issues and a cache of your video list and statistics, refreshed daily, so your dashboard can show watch-to-click rates.
• Disconnecting your channel in Settings deletes the cached video data and stops all syncing. You can also revoke our access at any time in your Google account permissions.
• SkoolTrafficTracker's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube data only to show you your own dashboard, never for advertising, and we never sell it or transfer it to third parties.
• Because we use YouTube API Services, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply to the connection.

How we use data

For one purpose: showing account holders which content drives clicks to their communities. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we run no third-party analytics or ad scripts on this site.

Where data lives

The service runs on Cloudflare Workers, and data is stored in Cloudflare's D1 database on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. Traffic to and from the service is encrypted with HTTPS.

How long we keep it

Click records and workspace data are kept for as long as the account exists, because historical stats are the product. If you delete a link's data or disconnect your channel, the corresponding cached data is removed. To delete your account and its data entirely, email us and we will do it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing nico@airankingskool.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the GDPR or Australian Privacy Principles), we will honor the rights that apply to you.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes affecting account holders will be announced in the app or by email.
