Terms of Service

Effective July 17, 2026. The short version: use the service honestly, your links and data stay yours, and we will not pull the rug out from under working links.

The service

SkoolTrafficTracker ("the service", "we", "us"), operated by Nicolas Gorrono, lets creators make tracked short links and see which videos and platforms drive clicks to their communities. By creating an account or using a feature, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account (or an email and password) and are responsible for activity that happens under your sign-in. Each account gets its own isolated workspace; your links and stats are yours and are not visible to other customers.

Plans and the trust rule

Acceptable use

Tracked links must point to destinations you have the right to promote. You must not use the service to link to malware, phishing, scams, or illegal content, to deceive people about where a link leads, or to send spam. Because abusive links damage the service for every creator using this domain, we may disable specific links or accounts that violate this section, effective immediately.

The YouTube integration

Connecting a YouTube channel is optional and read-only: the service can view your video statistics and can never change anything on your channel. By using the YouTube features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect in Settings or revoke access in your Google account permissions at any time.

Your data

Your links, tags, and stats belong to you. We use them only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you close your account, we delete your data as described there.

Service availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it fast and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation, and short links depend on infrastructure partly outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.

Ending things

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give account holders reasonable notice so you can replace your links.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the effective date above will change and material updates will be announced in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Questions: nico@airankingskool.com.
